Refund policy



Disclaimer:  We do our best to be transparent about our items in our listings however, it should be assumed that any natural crystal will not be flawless. We ask that you shop carefully by reading descriptions in full and looking at every photo provided. Home decor, crystals, accessories and furniture can cast different shadows and colors in a different setting. Monitor and phone screens can alter what you see in person. Our photos are professionally adjusted to reflect what you can expect to receive and are not filtered or color enhanced. If you are uncertain about an item we encourage you to contact us through our chat so we can provide more photos or answer your questions before you buy.

FURNITURE

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges on furniture. All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. If your furniture arrives damaged contact us immediately so we can discuss a return, refund or repair solution with the shipping company before they leave the premises.

CANCELLATION- You have 24 hours after your purchase to cancel your furniture order provided it has not been shipped. 

CRYSTALS, HOME DECOR & ACCESSORIES 

RETURNS - We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

DAMAGED ITEMS - If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with photos of the damaged items so we can make it right with a replacement. If the shipping package is damaged we will file a claim with our delivery service on your behalf. It is imperative you send photos of the damaged box. Do not throw out the box until the issue is resolved. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES - Once your package leaves our shop it is assigned a tracking number and is in the hands of UPSP or UPS delivery service. If your item becomes lost we ask that you contact the delivery service to assist with locating it. If you suspect your package was stolen please ask neighbors and check doorbell cameras. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to accommodate these issues. 

WRONG ADDRESS - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you and received original parcel back. An invoice for postage will be sent to you to have items reshipped to correct address. We do not issue refunds in this circumstance.

UNCLAIMED - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment back to your location.  We do not issue refunds in this circumstance.


GIFT CARDS/SALE ITEMS - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
